Give yourself the best shot at sticking to them
As the holiday dust settles, and with the imminent arrival of the new year, our aspirations of bettering ourselves begin again in earnest.
For some, that means getting in shape, breaking a bad habit, or starting a new good habit. For others, it means finally crushing some financial goals that keep getting pushed aside.
Whatever your goals may be for this new year, make sure they’re Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound. Because when our goals are SMART, we give ourselves the best shot at sticking to them.
