Envelope Groups not showing up on the web?

If your Envelopes appear in one long list instead of in Groups, you probably have your Group setting turned off in your Household Preferences.

You can turn that setting back on by clicking on My Household in the upper righthand corner of the website, and then checking the ‘Yes, show Envelope groups.’ box at the bottom of the page. Be sure to hit the ‘Save’ button when you’re done.
